This Privacy Policy explains how the MagicMath mobile game (“the App”, “we”, “us”)
handles information when you play. We are committed to protecting your privacy and only
collect what is needed to run the game and let you save your progress.
1. Information we collect
- Account information (optional). If you choose “Sign in with Google” to use Cloud
Save, we receive your Google account’s basic profile: your user ID, name and email
address. You can use the entire App without signing in.
- Game progress. Your in-game data — levels completed, coins, gems, achievements,
trophies, stats and settings — so you can continue across devices.
- Play Games profile (optional). If Google Play Games is available on your device,
your Play Games player ID is used to sync achievements and leaderboards.
- Purchases. If you buy an in-app item, Google Play tells the App what you own so it
can be unlocked and restored. Payment details are handled by Google Play, never by us.
- Device & diagnostic data. Standard technical data (such as a device/advertising
identifier and crash/usage signals) collected by the third-party services listed below.
2. How we use information
- To provide core gameplay and save/restore your progress (Cloud Save).
- To show rewarded ads that you choose to watch in exchange for in-game coins.
- To deliver and restore in-app purchases you have made.
- To keep the App secure, fix crashes and improve performance.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for purposes
unrelated to the App.
3. Third-party services
The App uses trusted Google services that may process data under their own policies:
- Firebase Authentication & Cloud Firestore (Google) — to sign you in and
store your cloud save. Firebase Privacy
- Firebase Analytics & Firebase Crashlytics (Google) — anonymous usage
statistics and crash reports, used to find and fix bugs.
- Google AdMob — to serve optional rewarded ads. Ad content is capped at the “G”
(general audiences) rating. How Google uses ad data
- Google Play Games Services — your Play Games player ID and gamer profile, used to
sync achievements and leaderboards.
- Google Play Billing — to process and restore in-app purchases. Payments are handled
by Google Play; we never receive or store your card details.
- Google Play services — sign-in and app integrity.
4. Data storage & security
Cloud save data is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) and transmitted over
encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. Each signed-in user can read and write only their own
save document.
5. Data retention & deletion
Your local progress stays on your device until you uninstall the App. If you signed in,
you can permanently delete your account and cloud save at any time from
Profile → Cloud Save → Delete account inside the App. This removes your Firestore save
document and your authentication account.
6. Children’s privacy
MagicMath is intended for players aged 13 and over. The App is not directed to children
under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a
child under 13 has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by deleting your account
in the App or by contacting us at the email below.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an
updated “Last updated” date.
